Pranav Constructions Limited is an Indian construction and real estate company engaged in residential, commercial and infrastructure development. Its residential activities include affordable housing, premium apartments and gated communities, while its commercial portfolio covers office spaces, retail centres and mixed-use developments. The company has developed in-house expertise across the complete redevelopment cycle, starting from project bidding and tendering to planning, obtaining approvals, construction, execution and final handover. It has established a strong presence in MCGM redevelopment projects in the western suburbs of Mumbai, based on projects completed, under construction and units delivered.

As of the relevant period, Pranav Constructions had completed 26 redevelopment projects covering approximately 1.25 million sq. ft. of developable area. Its completed projects include Gold Coin CHSL, Gala Apartments CHSL, Ramesh Mandir CHSL, New Shalimar Apartments CHSL, Malad Marudhar CHSL and Tiara CHSL in Malad, along with Popular Terrace CHSL in Borivali. The company also had 11 projects under construction covering 1.07 million sq. ft. and 21 upcoming projects covering 1.87 million sq. ft.

The company’s redevelopment portfolio has expanded considerably over the years. Between March 31, 2012 and March 31, 2021, it secured 27 projects with approximately 1.86 million sq. ft. of developable area. From April 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024, it added another 31 projects covering around 2.33 million sq. ft.
