According to RHP, the company wants to raise ₹412.12 crore through IPO. The company will issue fresh shares of ₹180 crores through this IPO and will issue shares through offer for sale of ₹232.12 crores.
The company has reserved 75% for QIB, 15% for NII and 10% for Retail Investor in this IPO.

The company manufacture and supply a variety of products under the broad categories of:
(i) Torque transfer systems (which includes fourwheel-drive (“4WD”) and all-wheel-drive (“AWD”) products);
(ii) synchronizer systems for manual transmissions and DCT;
(iii) components for the above-mentioned product categories for torque transfer systems and synchronizer systems in manual transmission, DCT, and EVs.
