If you are investing/trading in the stock market then you must know about the Indian Stock Market Holiday. The stock market is open from Monday to Friday, but sometimes there are some weeks that have a lot of holidays that affect the trading days.
Here we are presenting the list of BSE and NSE Holidays 2023. which is except Saturday and Sunday. The stock market will be closed these days. The regular timings for NSE and BSE are from 9.15 AM IST to 3.30 PM IST in 2023.
There are 5 holidays on Sunday & Saturday in the 2023 list of Indian stock market this year. In the list of maximum BSE and NSE holidays 2023, there are 6 holidays on Tuesday and 1 holidays on Wednesday and other holidays are declared as 4 on Monday, 2 on Thursday and 2 on Friday. As per the list posted on BSE/NSE website, there are total 15 trade holidays in 2023. Apart from Saturday and Sunday, these are the days when there will be no business in 2023. Also, in the second list, information about the holidays falling on Saturday and Sunday has been given.
The stock exchanges can change any holiday given in the list and any such change will be notified through a separate circular issued in advance.
