KLM Axiva Finvest NCD 2022 Bond are Open on 15 Sepember 2022 and closes on 12 Ocober 2022t. The Company will offer 11.02% interest rates on the NCD Bonds. And NCD tenure will be applicable for 16 months, 18 months, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years and 82 Months. The company will raise a Base fund ₹100 crore and shelf fund ₹100 through this NCD, the company has fixed the NCD price band at ₹1000 for this according to the face value of ₹1000.
KLM Axiva Finvest is a non-deposit-taking systemically important non-banking finance company (“NBFC”) primarily serving low and middle-income individuals and businesses that have limited or no access to formal banking and finance channels.
The Company operate primarily in four business verticals:
(i) gold loan business, lending money against the pledge of household jewelry,
(ii) micro, small and medium enterprises loan,
(iii) personal loan and
(iv) microfinance loan to women customers.
As of August 31, 2021, we operate through 285 branches across four states namely Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana managed through our corporate office located at Kochi.
