Kosamattam Finance NCD 2022 July Bonds are Open on 13 July 2022 and to close on 04 August 2022. The Company will offer 9.91% interest rates on the NCD Bonds. And NCD tenure will be applicable for 400 Days, 36 months, 42 months, 48 months, 54 months, 60 months and 88 months. The company will raise a Base fund of ₹175 crore and shelf fund ₹175 through this NCD, the company has fixed the NCD price band at ₹1000 for this according to the face value of ₹1000.
Kosamattam Finance Ltd is a non-deposit taking NBFC primarily engaged in the Gold Loan business, lending money against the pledge of household jewellery (“Gold Loans”) in the state of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Telangana along with the Union Territory of Puducherry. The Company is emerging as a prominent Gold Loan business company with 974 branches, as of June 30, 2021, largely spread across southern India.
