Muthoottu Mini Financiers NCD 2022 (April) are Open on 20 April 2022 and to close on 17 May 2022. The Company will offer 10.00% interest rates on the NCD Bonds. And NCD tenure will be applicable for 480 days, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months and 66 months. The company will raise a Base fund of ₹125 crores and shelf fund ₹125 crores through this NCD, the company has fixed the NCD price band at ₹1000 for this according to the face value of ₹1000.
Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd is non-deposit taking systemically important NBFC in the gold loan sector lending money against the pledge of household gold jewellery (“Gold Loans”) in the state of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Haryana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi and Goa and the union territory of Puducherry. The Company offers gold loans, fixed deposits, microfinance, money transfer service schemes, online gold loans, insurance and banking solutions.
The M Mathew Muthoottu Foundation is also engaged in socially relevant projects. Providing value-based financial services, need-based value-added services like insurance, money transfer, Tours & Travel, etc., and also providing high-yielding Investment opportunities through Issue of Debentures.
