Suditi Industries Limited is in the business of manufacturing buy, sell, import and export readymade garments made out of woven, knitted, felted, netted, looped or flocked fabrics made of all kinds of fibre whether natural, synthetic or man‐made and to carry on the business of manufactures, importers and exporters, whole‐sale and retail dealers of and in hosiery goods of every kind, nature and description, for men, women and children including vests, underwear, socks, stockings, sweaters, laces.
The company have three manufacturing facilities two of which are located at MIDC, TTC Industrial Area, Pawne Village, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra and the third at Vapi in District Valsad in the state of Gujarat.

The Company has an annual installed capacity of 12 lakh pieces per annum at our Garments division. Besides, Our Company has an annual installed capacity of 4,050 Metric Tonnes per annum in our Dyeing division.
Object of the Issue :
- Augmentation of existing and incremental Working Capital requirement of our Company.
- Part repayment or prepayment of Unsecured Loans / Inter‐Corporate Deposits availed by our Company from our Promoter and Promoter group companies forming part of Promoter Group.
- Part repayment/pre‐payment of certain secured loans availed from lenders.
- General Corporate purposes.
- Issue related expenses.
